General info
※ We're not responsible for lost and damaged mail once we drop off the items at the post office or mail box.
※ All prices in our account are indicated euros (€) so keep in mind that if your currency is different you'll have to pay an extra fee.
GO’s
✽ A go is a group order in which one person (GOM) organizes and manages the purchase of a set of things in order to reduce the prices of shipping and help people find the items they want in a more accessible way.
✽ Therefore, the seller’s location and type of go can vary a lot. This location will always be written in the post. In any case all of these gos unless stated otherwise will have 4 payments:
Initial, this includes the price of the item and fees (if necessary).
Ems, this includes the price from the seller to us. We can make an estimation but until the items are shipped we won’t be able to know the exact price.
Customs, this price can vary a lot and we can never know even if customs will be charged or not.
Doms, this includes the price to you. For more information about shipping prices you can check our page on that matter.
GO rules
1. No backouts allowed. In case you need to backout, we'll kindly ask you to look for a replacement first to cover your spot. Some gos are secured once your claim is written down, so it is in any way our responsibility to cover for the money spent on those claims. For interest checks please, dm us first.
2. Please, make sure to pay before deadline is over, otherwise you'll lose your items without chance of refund. We'll agree to maintain your items if you warn us first with a justifiable reason.
3. For big items such as albums or photobooks, we will let you choose between sealed or open options (unless stated otherwise on the post). For open option we will do a sorting in order of form. We will specify the time and date, as well as its content.
The sorting will be as stated: the order is determined by the filling of the form. The first person on the list will be given its firsts choices; then we’ll move to the second person and so on. When the next’s person’s first claim is no longer available we’ll give them their second/third, etc.
Once completed, we will update a list on our masterlist where you can check your position on the sorting.
4. Please, don't be rude with any of the admins or joiners. If we detect any bad behaviour you'll be banned from participating in our gos, losing your items. We'll refund you, but you won’t be able to join any of our gos again.
5. When joining you are agreeing to our rules written above, any violation of them will result in the expulsion from any future go's. Please be aware of that.
Type of GO's
Korea based: These can be album go's (purchased from the web) or photocard go's (all found on Twitter) which are both shipped to a Korean address. The initial price stated on our post will always be with this shipping included.
K-Addy: A Korean address is a place where we send all Kr go's from different sellers/shops to then combine them on a bigger box which is the one we send to Spain. This is the price of ems.
Japan based: These go's are found on Neokyo (which includes other websites such as Mercari or Rakuten) and they will always be sold on sets so they have to be almost or fully claimed to move forward. As well as Kr go's, all of the sets will be sent to a Japanese address before combining them and shipping them to Spain. The initial price stated on our post will always be with this shipping included.
Indonesia based: In some cases, like for example Lucky Draws or Pop-Up store items, we will use a proxy. Please be aware for some pobs it can take a long time to arrive to proxy, so there is nothing we can do about that.
Proxy: A proxy is a particular person who orders and stores things for us.
